In astroneer you get to the core of the planet in nms you get to the core of the galaxy astroneer has an adorable art style it's all about doing research and building a base till you eventually move to other planets to collect other resources and that's about it you do what you want no man's. Also astroneer looks like a teletubby cartoon.
